AccuPro provides third party mold assessment and inspection services thought South Florida.  We conduct initial assessment and inspections. We also provide remediation protocols, and conduct post remediation verification and clearance testing. We do not perform mold remediation services.

We are not a remediation or treatment company.  We have no vested interested in finding mold that would require expensive treatment.  We do not receive sales commissions from remediation companies. We perform professional, industry standard inspections using only State licensed Board Certified Mold Assessors.

We will recommend remediation only when it is really required.

If remediation is required we will refer you to a qualified, professional remediation companies that we have personally reviewed.  AccuPro will write a remediation Scope of Work that will guide the remediation company, so that you will only pay for the treatment you actually need.

Qualifications

Our Mold Assessors maintain licenses as Certified Mold Assessors through the Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation (DBPR). All AccuPro consultants maintain industry certifications as Council-Certified Mold Assessor or Indoor Environmental Professional through the Indoor Environmental Air Quality Council (IEAQC).  Consultants also hold certifications including Council-Certified Mold Remediation through the (IEAQC) indoor Environmental Air Quality Council.

AccuPros Mold Assessors are proficient in the methodologies of various sampling procedures required for each individual project. Our Mold inspectors  employ  sampling  methods  in accordance   with the National  Institute  for Occupational Safety  and  Health  (NIOSH),   Environmental Protection  Agency (EPA),  and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)guidelines.
